Taco
Chulo is a friendly, welcoming taco bar and margarita lounge
located on Grand Street in the happening Southside of Williamsburg.
We specialize in handmade, decadently pimped out tacos, quesadillas
and burritos, our tortilla chips are fried to order and come
to the table warm. All our yummy salsas are made in house daily.
We have a delightful soup and salad list, including the auspicious
soup, pozole. We offer the most extensive tequila and Mexican
beer list in Williamsburg. Taco Chulo’s cocktails are
innovative and refreshing, as are our traditional agua frescas
and homemade horchata. We are a haven for vegetarians and vegans
who love Mexican food—we have innovated a diverse listing
of meat free taco and burrito fillings. All of the meat we
use is hormone and antibiotic free, free range, and comes from
Niman Ranch whenever possible. We think we have the best carne
asada, roasted chicken and carnitas in town--come in and judge
for yourself! Our fish and shrimp tacos have put us on New
York City’s culinary map.
We cater to parties and impromptu gatherings of friends, and
can also work with you to reserve our space for a party of
greater than 20 people.
